Do you take Commissions?
Yes, we often have spots open for commission work, depending on the current workload of the artist and the project itself.
Prices vary a lot depending on size, detail, and style. They can be as low as $100 for a small half-letter size, simple drawing. The most common request for letter or double letter size, watercolor drawing, ranges from $150 to $300.

Do you teach art?
We have the upcoming art-therapy retreats which include art methods classes, and we also plan various activities throughout London like drawing gatherings where we teach as well a bit about our processes and techniques. You can follow The FAE Instagram where we announce any such events and how to join.
Where's my package?
Packages are shipped at least once a week through Royal Mail, but please be patient as we're not Amazon. You'll receive your tracking number as soon as we post your package and depending on where you are it can take as short as 1 business day and up to 2 weeks to arrive.
What if my package gets lost?
If your package has disappeared from this earthly realm and you've chosen insurance shipping, it will be replaced at no cost, or refunded in case of lost original artwork (all original artwork must be shipped with insurance as it's harder to replace in case of loss).
If you chose no insurance then we can offer you a replacement provided you cover the shipping cost and a largely discounted price on the product you ordered.
